These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Patternata website, app, design studio, digital products, subscriptions, ordering services and related features.

By using Patternata, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, downloading digital products, placing an order, or using our design tools, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use Patternata.

1. About Patternata

Patternata is a digital pattern design studio that allows users to create original patterns using imported artwork, user-created designs, Patternata motif libraries, digital tools, layout features and related creative resources.

Depending on the services available at the time, Patternata may allow users to: create repeat patterns and placement designs; use Patternata motif libraries; upload their own artwork; export designs; download digital motif collections; purchase subscriptions; order custom printed fabrics, scarves or other made-to-order products; access design tools, templates, previews and related services.

Patternata may update, improve, change or remove features from time to time.

2. Your account

You may need to create an account to access certain Patternata features, including saved designs, exports, subscriptions, purchases, motif libraries or ordering services.

You are responsible for: providing accurate account information; keeping your login details secure; all activity carried out through your account; notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully, in breach of these terms, or in a way that harms Patternata, other users, our systems, our suppliers or our intellectual property.

3. Use of the Patternata design studio

Patternata provides creative tools that allow you to arrange, adapt and combine design elements into original pattern compositions.

You may use Patternata for lawful personal or commercial creative purposes, subject to these terms and any licence terms that apply to specific content, motif libraries, subscriptions or downloads.

You must not use Patternata to: infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, design rights or other intellectual property rights; upload content you do not own or do not have permission to use; create, upload or distribute illegal, abusive, hateful, exploitative or harmful content; interfere with the operation, security or performance of Patternata; reverse engineer, scrape, copy, extract or reproduce Patternata’s software, motif libraries, content, database, tools, interface or systems; use Patternata to create a competing motif library, clip art collection, stock asset collection, design generator or pattern-making tool.

4. User-uploaded artwork

You may upload your own artwork, images or design assets to Patternata where this feature is available.

By uploading content, you confirm that: you own the content or have permission to use it; your use of the content does not infringe third-party rights; the content does not breach any law or these terms; you are responsible for any claims arising from the content you upload.

You retain ownership of your uploaded artwork. However, you grant Patternata a limited licence to use, store, process, display, preview, render, export and transmit that content solely as needed to provide the Patternata services, including design previews, saved files, exports, printing, fulfilment, technical support and account functionality. We do not claim ownership of your original uploaded artwork.

5. Patternata motif libraries and digital assets

Patternata may provide motif libraries, design elements, templates, artwork collections, clip art, brushes, backgrounds, textures or other creative assets.

Unless stated otherwise, these assets remain owned by Patternata, Creative Boutique Limited, its licensors or its content suppliers.

You may use Patternata motif libraries to create finished pattern designs and finished products, subject to these terms.

You must not: resell Patternata motifs as standalone digital assets; redistribute, share, gift, licence, upload or transfer Patternata motifs as separate files; extract motifs from Patternata libraries for resale or republication; package Patternata motifs into clip art bundles, design packs, Canva templates, stock graphics, digital papers, SVG/PNG collections or similar products; upload Patternata motifs to third-party marketplaces as standalone assets; use Patternata motifs to build or support a competing design tool, motif library, pattern generator, stock asset platform or print-on-demand asset collection.

In simple terms: you may use the motifs to create finished designs. You may not sell the motifs themselves. The cake may leave the kitchen; the recipe does not.

6. Commercial use of user-created designs

Subject to these terms and any plan-specific restrictions, you may use finished pattern designs created by you in Patternata for personal and commercial purposes.

This may include use on: fabrics; scarves; fashion products; stationery; packaging; print-on-demand products; digital previews; marketing materials; other finished end-use products.

However, commercial use is permitted only for finished designs created through your own arrangement, composition or creative use of Patternata tools and assets.

You may not claim ownership of the underlying Patternata motifs, libraries, software, interface, templates or original Patternata content.

7. Free use, watermarked exports and paid features

Patternata may offer free access to certain tools, limited design creation, watermarked previews, trial features or restricted exports.

Free users may be able to create, preview or save designs, but certain features may require a paid subscription or purchase, including: high-resolution exports; watermark-free exports; access to premium motif libraries; additional saved designs; advanced design tools; commercial-ready files; special discounts or member-only benefits.

Where an export is watermarked, you must not remove, obscure, crop out, alter or bypass the watermark unless you have obtained the appropriate paid access or licence.

Patternata may change free and paid feature limits from time to time.

8. Subscriptions

Patternata may offer monthly, annual, lifetime or other subscription plans. The details of each subscription plan, including price, billing period, included features and limitations, will be displayed at the point of purchase.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us or our payment provider to charge the applicable fee. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before renewal if you do not wish to continue.

Unless stated otherwise: monthly subscriptions renew each month; annual subscriptions renew each year; cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund the current billing period; access may continue until the end of the paid period; subscriptions are for individual use unless a business/team licence is offered.

Patternata may change subscription prices or features, but we will aim to provide reasonable notice where required.

9. Lifetime access

If Patternata offers a lifetime access option, “lifetime” means access for the lifetime of the Patternata service, product or relevant platform feature. It does not mean access for the biological lifetime of the customer, the company, the internet, civilisation, or whichever one collapses first.

Lifetime access may still be subject to: technical changes; discontinued features; third-party platform changes; legal restrictions; misuse or breach of these terms; reasonable service evolution over time.

10. Digital downloads

Patternata may sell digital products, including motif collections, downloadable artwork, templates, files or related design resources.

Digital products are usually provided by instant access or download. By purchasing a digital product, you agree that the product may be supplied immediately after purchase. Where applicable, this may affect cancellation rights for digital content. UK online selling rules treat digital content differently from physical goods, and businesses must provide clear pre-contract information to customers. Unless stated otherwise, digital downloads are licensed, not sold outright. You may use them only in accordance with the applicable licence terms.

You must not resell, redistribute, share, upload, transfer, sublicense or repackage Patternata digital downloads as standalone assets. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not normally provided once files have been accessed, downloaded or supplied, unless the product is faulty, inaccessible because of an issue on our side, or your statutory rights require otherwise.

11. Custom printed products

Patternata may allow you to order custom printed fabrics, scarves or other made-to-order products using your own designs or designs created through Patternata. Custom printed products are made specifically for your order.

You are responsible for checking all order details before purchase, including: design layout; scale; colour choices; repeat type; product type; fabric base; scarf size; quantity; delivery address; spelling or text included in the design; image quality and resolution.

We may not be able to cancel or change an order once production has started.

Because custom printed products are made to order, we do not accept returns or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect customer choices, unwanted designs, unsuitable scale, wrong quantity, or colour expectations based only on screen display.

This does not affect your statutory rights. You may still be entitled to a remedy if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or does not do what it is supposed to do. GOV.UK states that sellers must offer remedies where goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.

12. Colour, scale and print variation

Digital previews are provided as a guide only. Colours may vary between screen display and printed product due to: monitor settings; device display differences; fabric base; print process; dye behaviour; lighting conditions; image resolution; finishing methods.

Small variations in colour, scale, positioning, texture, finish or fabric behaviour are normal in custom textile printing and are not automatically considered faults. Where accurate colour matching is critical, we recommend ordering samples where available before placing larger orders.

13. Production, delivery and third-party fulfilment

Custom printed products may be produced, printed, finished or fulfilled by Patternata, Creative Boutique Limited, or selected third-party suppliers, printers, fulfilment partners or delivery providers. Estimated production and delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

We are not responsible for delays caused by: postal or courier disruption; customs checks; incorrect delivery information; failed delivery attempts; supplier delays outside our reasonable control; events beyond our control.

You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local charges or clearance fees that may apply in your country.

14. Prices and payments

Prices are shown on the website or app at the time of purchase. Prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on location, platform settings or payment provider functionality. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted unless there has been an obvious pricing error. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Wix Payments or other providers. We do not store full payment card details ourselves.

Orders and subscriptions are not confirmed until payment has been authorised.

15. Promotions, discounts and member offers

Patternata may offer discounts, launch offers, subscription benefits, promotional codes or member-only offers. Promotions may be changed, withdrawn or limited at any time.

Unless stated otherwise: discounts cannot be exchanged for cash; discounts cannot be applied retrospectively; only one discount may be used per order; promotional codes may have expiry dates or eligibility conditions.

Subscriber discounts, where offered, may be sent by email or displayed within the user account area.

16. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in Patternata’s brand, name, logo, website, app, interface, software, code, text, layout, design tools, motif libraries, artwork, templates, images, product photography, documentation and original content belong to Patternata, Creative Boutique Limited, its licensors or its suppliers.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, sell, license or exploit Patternata intellectual property except as expressly permitted by these terms.

You may not use the Patternata name, logo or branding without our written permission.

17. Third-party services and links

Patternata may include links to third-party websites, platforms, payment providers, fulfilment partners, social media platforms or external services. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, policies, content, delays, errors or availability.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

18. Availability of Patternata

We aim to keep Patternata available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may suspend, update, restrict or remove access to Patternata where needed for: maintenance; security; technical improvements; legal compliance; platform changes; misuse prevention; business or operational reasons.

We are not liable for temporary unavailability, data loss, feature changes or interruptions except where the law says otherwise.

19. Design storage and backups

Patternata may allow users to save designs, projects or account content.

You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important files, artwork, exports and order records. We do not guarantee permanent storage of user designs, especially where accounts are inactive, subscriptions expire, features change, or technical issues occur.

Where possible, we will aim to give reasonable notice before removing major storage features, but we cannot guarantee indefinite access to saved designs.

20. Prohibited conduct

You must not: use Patternata unlawfully; upload infringing or stolen artwork; attempt to access another user’s account; interfere with Patternata’s security or systems; use bots, scrapers or automated tools without permission; extract Patternata motif libraries or databases; remove watermarks without authorisation; copy Patternata’s interface, tools, features or content; use Patternata to produce defamatory, hateful, abusive, exploitative or unlawful material; make false claims about your rights to content; use Patternata in a way that damages our business, suppliers, users or reputation.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these terms have been breached.

21. Termination

You may stop using Patternata at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if: you breach these terms; payment fails; your account is used fraudulently; your use creates legal, technical or reputational risk; we discontinue part or all of the service.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that have already arisen, including payment obligations, intellectual property restrictions, licence restrictions, and limitations on resale or redistribution of Patternata assets.

22. Refunds and statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. For physical goods, UK consumer law gives customers rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. GOV.UK explains that businesses must offer appropriate remedies in those circumstances.

For online and distance selling, businesses must provide certain information before customers buy, including details about the trader, goods/services, pricing, delivery and cancellation rights.

Custom-made, personalised and digital products may have different cancellation rules from standard physical goods, but this does not remove statutory rights where something is faulty or misdescribed.

23. Limitation of liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of rights that cannot be excluded under consumer law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patternata and Creative Boutique Limited will not be liable for: loss of profits; loss of sales; loss of business; loss of opportunity; loss of goodwill; indirect or consequential losses; losses caused by user-uploaded content; losses caused by third-party services; losses caused by incorrect order information supplied by the customer; colour, scale or print variation within normal production tolerance.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will normally be limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service, except where the law requires otherwise.

24. Business users

If you use Patternata for business purposes, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of Patternata, exported files, printed products and digital assets is suitable for your commercial needs.

Business users are responsible for carrying out their own checks before production, resale, marketing or large-scale manufacturing.

We are not responsible for business losses resulting from design choices, print expectations, production decisions, customer resale issues, third-party marketplace rules or your own commercial use of Patternata outputs.

25. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “last updated” date. If changes are significant, we may notify users by email, account notice or website notice where appropriate.

Continued use of Patternata after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

27. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of the country where you live. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Patternata is operated by Creative Boutique Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. By using Patternata, downloading assets, exporting designs, purchasing motif collections, subscribing to Patternata, or placing an order, you agree to this policy.

This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Summary

You may use Patternata to create original finished designs for personal and commercial use. You may sell physical products made from finished designs you create in Patternata, subject to this policy. You may not resell, redistribute, extract, share, repackage or upload Patternata motifs as standalone digital assets.

This policy applies to: premium motif collections; Patternata motif libraries; free motif collections; digital motif packs; design elements; templates; backgrounds; textures; brushes; uploaded or arranged pattern compositions; exported pattern files; downloaded digital assets; custom printed designs; designs created using the Patternata design studio.

It applies whether you access Patternata through the website, app, subscription, free account, paid download, promotional offer, or any other Patternata service.

3. Ownership of Patternata assets

Patternata motif libraries, artwork collections, design elements, templates, backgrounds, textures, software, interface design, branding, written content and original creative assets are owned by Creative Boutique Limited, Patternata, its licensors or its suppliers.

Copyright is an automatic right in the UK, and intellectual property may include copyright, designs, trade marks and other protected rights. Business Companion, a government-backed trading standards resource, describes IP as covering key elements including trade marks, copyright, designs and patents.

You are buying or receiving a licence to use Patternata assets under these terms. You are not buying ownership of the underlying motifs or asset libraries.

4. Your own uploaded artwork

If you upload your own artwork to Patternata, you retain ownership of that artwork. Patternata does not become the owner of your uploaded artwork. However, you give Patternata a limited technical licence to store, process, display, preview, render, export and transmit your uploaded content as needed to provide the service.

5. Finished designs created in Patternata

A “finished design” means a completed pattern, placement artwork or composition created by you using Patternata tools. A finished design may include:

your own uploaded artwork; Patternata motifs; Patternata templates; your own arrangement, layout, scale, colour choices and composition; exported repeat patterns; scarf layouts;fabric designs; product-ready artwork.

Subject to this policy, you may use finished designs commercially.

6. Permitted personal use

You may use finished designs created in Patternata for personal projects, including: home crafting; personal sewing projects; gifts; personal fabric printing; private artwork; personal stationery; non-commercial social media posts; personal design experiments.

You may also print your finished designs for your own use.

7. Permitted commercial use

Subject to your subscription level, purchase terms and this policy, you may use finished designs created in Patternata commercially.

Permitted commercial use includes selling finished physical products such as: fabrics; scarves; clothing; accessories; bags; stationery; wrapping paper; wallpaper; home décor items; packaging; printed gifts; print-on-demand products; other physical end-use products.

You may also use finished designs for: branding concepts; lookbooks; social media marketing; digital mockups; promotional images; portfolio presentations; client presentations; fashion collections; product development.

The important point is that the commercial product must be a finished design or finished product, not a resale of Patternata’s motifs as separate assets.

8. What you may not do

You must not: resell Patternata motifs as standalone digital files; redistribute Patternata motifs; give away Patternata motifs; share Patternata motif files with other people; upload Patternata motifs to stock asset websites; upload Patternata motifs to print-on-demand asset libraries; upload Patternata motifs to Canva, Creative Market, Etsy, Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, Freepik, Design Bundles, Creative Fabrica or similar platforms as standalone assets; package Patternata motifs into clip art packs; sell Patternata motifs as PNG, SVG, JPEG, EPS, AI, PSD, PDF or any other digital asset format; create digital papers or pattern packs where the underlying value is the resale of Patternata motifs; use Patternata motifs to create competing motif libraries; use Patternata motifs to create a pattern generator, design app, AI training dataset, design subscription, asset database or similar tool; scrape, extract, trace, redraw or recreate Patternata motifs for resale; claim Patternata motifs as your own original standalone artwork.

Translation: make beautiful things with the library. Do not walk off with the library.

9. Digital product restrictions

If you purchase or download a Patternata motif pack, digital collection or downloadable design asset, it is licensed to you for use under this policy. You may use the assets to create finished designs. You may not sell, share, transfer, sublicense, upload, distribute or repackage the downloaded assets themselves.

This applies even if you modify the assets. Changing the colour, cropping the shape, adding a shadow, flipping the motif or giving it a new name does not magically turn it into yours. That is not transformation; that is theft with a haircut.

10. Use on print-on-demand platforms

You may upload finished designs created in Patternata to print-on-demand platforms, provided the design is used on finished products and does not allow third parties to download or extract Patternata motifs as standalone files. Permitted use may include finished product listings on platforms such as: Spoonflower; Contrado; Printify; Shopify; Etsy, for finished physical products; other print-on-demand or e-commerce platforms.

You may not upload Patternata motifs or asset packs to any platform as downloadable design resources. You are responsible for checking the terms of each third-party platform before uploading your designs. Some marketplaces have their own rules, and occasionally they behave like a filing cabinet possessed by a minor demon. Their rules are not controlled by Patternata.

11. Use for fabric and textile production

You may use finished designs created in Patternata for fabric and textile production, including small-batch or commercial production. This includes use for: fashion collections; scarves; dresses; shirts; resort wear; accessories; textile samples; wholesale fabric; retail fabric; made-to-order textile products.

You are responsible for checking that your exported file is suitable for your intended production method, including scale, resolution, colour mode, repeat quality and technical print requirements.

Patternata is not responsible for production errors caused by incorrect file setup, incorrect scale selection, poor uploaded image quality, or failure to follow printer specifications.

12. Use for client work

You may use Patternata to create finished designs for client projects, provided you do not transfer Patternata motifs or assets to the client as standalone editable files.

You may provide a client with: finished pattern files; final artwork; printed product mockups; flattened exports; production-ready files; finished goods; marketing visuals.

You may not provide the client with: Patternata motif libraries; extracted motif files; editable asset packs; standalone Patternata elements; access to your Patternata account; files that allow the client to extract and reuse Patternata motifs separately from the finished design.

If your client wants to use Patternata directly, they should create their own account or obtain their own licence.

13. Editable files and layered files

Unless expressly permitted, you should not share layered or editable files that expose Patternata motifs as separate reusable assets. This includes layered files where individual Patternata motifs can be extracted, copied or reused outside the finished design.

Where possible, commercial files supplied to customers, clients, manufacturers or marketplaces should be flattened or otherwise prepared so that Patternata assets are not easily extracted as standalone elements.

14. Free motifs and free accounts

Free motifs, free collections, trial access and free account features are still protected by this policy. “Free” does not mean “public domain.” You may use free Patternata motifs according to the permissions stated for that collection or account tier. You may not resell, redistribute, repackage or extract free motifs as standalone assets.

15. Premium motifs and subscriber-only assets

Premium motifs, subscriber-only collections and paid assets may only be used while you have the relevant subscription, purchase or licence. You may continue to use finished designs that were lawfully created and exported during an active paid subscription, unless the specific collection terms state otherwise. However, cancellation of your subscription does not give you the right to extract, download, store, resell or redistribute Patternata motif libraries as standalone assets.

16. Watermarked exports

Patternata may offer free or trial exports with watermarks. Watermarked exports may be used for preview, testing, personal evaluation or non-commercial sharing, unless otherwise stated.

You must not: remove a Patternata watermark; crop out a watermark; obscure a watermark; use software to erase a watermark; sell watermarked exports as finished commercial designs; use watermarked files for commercial production.

Watermark-free commercial exports require the appropriate paid access, subscription or licence.

17. Attribution

Unless stated otherwise, attribution is not required for finished commercial products created using Patternata. You do not need to write “made with Patternata” on every scarf, dress, label or product listing. That said, we obviously won’t faint dramatically if you credit Patternata. We may even recover. Patternata may request attribution for special collaborations, competitions, promotional campaigns or free collections, but this will be stated separately.

18. Prohibited categories

You must not use Patternata assets or tools to create content that is: unlawful; hateful; abusive; defamatory; exploitative; pornographic; misleading; fraudulent; infringing; intended to impersonate another brand, designer or artist; likely to damage Patternata’s reputation.

You must not use Patternata to copy or imitate protected third-party designs, logos, fashion prints, textile patterns, trademarks, characters or branded artwork.

19. AI training and dataset use

You may not use Patternata motifs, digital assets, libraries, exports, previews or downloaded files to train, fine-tune, test or develop AI models, machine learning systems, image generators, pattern generators, recognition tools or asset databases without our written permission. You may not include Patternata motifs or assets in datasets, prompt libraries, synthetic design systems or automated design tools. This restriction applies whether the use is commercial, internal, experimental or unpaid.

20. No transfer of licence

Your Patternata licence is personal to you or your business account. You may not transfer, sell, rent, sublicense, lend, share or assign your licence to another person or business without written permission from Patternata. f team or business licences are offered, they will be subject to separate terms.

21. Multiple users and business accounts

A standard individual account is for one user only. f several people in a business, studio, school, agency or team wish to use Patternata, each person may need their own account or a suitable team licence. You must not share login details across multiple users unless your plan expressly allows this.

22. Licence breach

If you breach this policy, Patternata may: suspend or terminate your account; revoke access to motif libraries or downloads; cancel active subscriptions; refuse future orders; require removal of infringing listings or products; pursue payment for unauthorised use; take legal action where appropriate.

3. Customer responsibility before ordering

Where a parcel is confirmed as lost and the loss was not caused by incorrect customer information or failure to collect, we may offer a replacement, refund or other suitable remedy.

10. Damaged parcels

Please include: your order number; clear photographs of the damaged packaging; clear photographs of the damaged product; delivery date; any courier notes or damage reports, if available.

Please keep the product and packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

Where damage is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund or other suitable remedy depending on the circumstances.

Your rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are explained further in our Returns & Refunds Policy. UK consumer guidance confirms that goods should be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality, and remedies may apply where goods are faulty or not as described.

11. Customs, duties and import taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, brokerage fees or local charges may apply.

These charges are set by the destination country and are usually the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Patternata does not control customs charges and cannot guarantee whether they will apply.

You are responsible for checking any import requirements, duties, restrictions or local taxes before placing an order.

If you refuse delivery because of customs charges, local taxes or import fees, the original shipping cost and any return or handling fees may not be refundable.

12. Customs delays

International orders may be delayed by customs processing.

Patternata is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, border checks, import inspections, local delivery services or missing information required by customs.

Where additional information is required to clear a parcel, you may be contacted by the carrier or customs authority.

Failure to respond may result in delay, return or disposal of the parcel.

13. Split shipments

Some orders may be shipped in separate parcels, especially where: products are made by different production partners; products have different production times; items are fulfilled from different locations; partial dispatch is available; order size requires separate packaging.

If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking details.

14. Pre-orders and limited launches

Where Patternata offers pre-orders, limited launches or special production windows, delivery estimates may differ from standard orders.

Any relevant production or delivery timeframe will be provided on the product page, campaign page or checkout where available.

Pre-order dates are estimates and may change due to production, supplier or logistics factors.

15. Packaging

We aim to package products appropriately for safe delivery.

Packaging may vary depending on: product type; destination; fulfilment partner; shipping method; environmental considerations; carrier requirements.

Packaging may be changed from time to time without notice.

16. Delivery to businesses, studios or shared addresses

If delivery is made to a business address, studio, reception, mailroom, building concierge, parcel locker or shared address, delivery may be considered complete once the carrier confirms delivery to that location.

Patternata is not responsible for loss after confirmed delivery to the correct address or authorised receiving point.

17. Delivery confirmation

Carrier tracking or delivery confirmation may be used as evidence that an order has been delivered.

If tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please check with: household members; building reception; concierge; neighbours; mailroom; parcel locker; local delivery office; courier service.

If the parcel still cannot be located, contact us and we will review the matter with the carrier where possible.

18. Changes to shipping methods

We may change available shipping providers, delivery methods, fulfilment partners or delivery regions from time to time.

Shipping options available at checkout may vary depending on product type, destination and carrier availability.

19. Delays outside our control

Patternata is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.

This may include: strikes or industrial action; natural disasters; extreme weather; customs delays; transport disruption; cyber incidents; pandemics or public health restrictions; war, civil unrest or political disruption; supplier or courier disruption; changes in law or import rules.

Where a significant delay occurs, we will aim to provide updates where reasonably possible.
