This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Returns & Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy, and any product-specific information shown at checkout.
1. Overview
Patternata may offer custom printed fabrics, scarves and other made-to-order products.
Because these products are produced specifically for each customer order, shipping times may include both: production time; and delivery time.
Estimated delivery timeframes shown on the website, product page, order confirmation or checkout page are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Production time
Custom printed products are made to order.
Production time may vary depending on: product type; fabric or material selected; print method; quantity ordered; complexity of the order; production partner capacity; seasonal demand; quality control checks; public holidays or supplier closures.
Estimated production times will be shown where available.
Production begins after the order has been accepted and payment has been authorised.
Once production has started, the order may not be cancellable or amendable.
3. Dispatch
An order is dispatched once production, finishing, quality checks and packing have been completed.
Where tracking is available, tracking details may be sent by email or made available through your account.
Dispatch confirmation does not always mean the parcel will be delivered immediately. Delivery time depends on the carrier, destination, customs processing and local delivery conditions.
4. Delivery destinations
Patternata may offer delivery to selected countries or regions. Available delivery destinations may vary depending on: product type; production partner; shipping provider; legal restrictions; customs requirements; carrier availability; platform or checkout settings.
If delivery is not available to your location, the order may not be accepted or may need to be cancelled and refunded.
5. Delivery costs
Delivery costs will be shown at checkout where applicable.
Delivery costs may depend on: destination country; product type; parcel weight; parcel size; shipping method; order value; courier or postal provider; customs or fulfilment requirements.
Any delivery promotions, free shipping thresholds or discounted shipping offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time unless already confirmed for an accepted order.
6. Estimated delivery times
Estimated delivery times may include production and shipping, or they may be shown separately.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Delays may occur due to: production capacity; courier or postal disruption; customs checks; incorrect address details; failed delivery attempts, local holidays; severe weather; industrial action; supplier issues; events outside our reasonable control.
Patternata is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, incorrect customer information or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Customer responsibility for delivery details
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information at checkout.
This includes: recipient name; full delivery address; apartment, building or unit number; postcode or ZIP code; country; phone number where required by the courier; email address for delivery updates.
Patternata is not responsible for failed delivery, lost parcels or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us immediately at:
Email: info@patternata.com
We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered production, dispatch or courier processing.
8. Failed delivery attempts
If a courier or postal provider cannot deliver your parcel, they may: attempt redelivery; leave a delivery notice; deliver to a collection point; return the parcel to sender; hold the parcel for a limited period; mark the parcel as undeliverable.
You are responsible for following carrier instructions and collecting parcels within the required timeframe where applicable.
If an order is returned because of failed delivery, refusal to accept delivery, non-collection or incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.
9. Lost parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us at:
Email: info@patternata.com
Please include: your order number; account email address; delivery address; tracking number if available; details of the issue.
We will review the matter with the relevant carrier, fulfilment partner or production supplier.
Where a parcel is confirmed as lost and the loss was not caused by incorrect customer information or failure to collect, we may offer a replacement, refund or other suitable remedy.
10. Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at:
Email: info@patternata.com
Please include: your order number; clear photographs of the damaged packaging; clear photographs of the damaged product; delivery date; any courier notes or damage reports, if available.
Please keep the product and packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
Where damage is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund or other suitable remedy depending on the circumstances.
Your rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are explained further in our Returns & Refunds Policy. UK consumer guidance confirms that goods should be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality, and remedies may apply where goods are faulty or not as described.
11. Customs, duties and import taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, brokerage fees or local charges may apply.
These charges are set by the destination country and are usually the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
Patternata does not control customs charges and cannot guarantee whether they will apply.
You are responsible for checking any import requirements, duties, restrictions or local taxes before placing an order.
If you refuse delivery because of customs charges, local taxes or import fees, the original shipping cost and any return or handling fees may not be refundable.
12. Customs delays
International orders may be delayed by customs processing.
Patternata is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, border checks, import inspections, local delivery services or missing information required by customs.
Where additional information is required to clear a parcel, you may be contacted by the carrier or customs authority.
Failure to respond may result in delay, return or disposal of the parcel.
13. Split shipments
Some orders may be shipped in separate parcels, especially where: products are made by different production partners; products have different production times; items are fulfilled from different locations; partial dispatch is available; order size requires separate packaging.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking details.
14. Pre-orders and limited launches
Where Patternata offers pre-orders, limited launches or special production windows, delivery estimates may differ from standard orders.
Any relevant production or delivery timeframe will be provided on the product page, campaign page or checkout where available.
Pre-order dates are estimates and may change due to production, supplier or logistics factors.
15. Packaging
We aim to package products appropriately for safe delivery.
Packaging may vary depending on: product type; destination; fulfilment partner; shipping method; environmental considerations; carrier requirements.
Packaging may be changed from time to time without notice.
16. Delivery to businesses, studios or shared addresses
If delivery is made to a business address, studio, reception, mailroom, building concierge, parcel locker or shared address, delivery may be considered complete once the carrier confirms delivery to that location.
Patternata is not responsible for loss after confirmed delivery to the correct address or authorised receiving point.
17. Delivery confirmation
Carrier tracking or delivery confirmation may be used as evidence that an order has been delivered.
If tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please check with: household members; building reception; concierge; neighbours; mailroom; parcel locker; local delivery office; courier service.
If the parcel still cannot be located, contact us and we will review the matter with the carrier where possible.
18. Changes to shipping methods
We may change available shipping providers, delivery methods, fulfilment partners or delivery regions from time to time.
Shipping options available at checkout may vary depending on product type, destination and carrier availability.
19. Delays outside our control
Patternata is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.
This may include: strikes or industrial action; natural disasters; extreme weather; customs delays; transport disruption; cyber incidents; pandemics or public health restrictions; war, civil unrest or political disruption; supplier or courier disruption; changes in law or import rules.
Where a significant delay occurs, we will aim to provide updates where reasonably possible.
