We do not store full payment card details ourselves. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

When you use Patternata’s design tools, we may process: artwork uploaded by you; images, motifs or design assets added by you; saved pattern compositions; design previews; exported files; custom print files; file names; design settings such as scale, repeat type, layout, colours and dimensions.

Uploaded artwork may contain personal data if you include identifiable images, names, signatures, logos or other personal information within your designs.

You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded artwork does not contain personal data you are not authorised to use.

You should not upload images, names, signatures, portraits, logos, copyrighted works or other identifiable content unless you have the right to use them.
