This Accessibility Statement explains our approach to accessibility, known limitations, and how users
can contact us if they experience difficulty using Patternata.
1. Our accessibility commitment
We aim to provide a digital experience that is accessible to as many users as possible, including
users with disabilities, access needs, assistive technologies or different ways of interacting with digital
content.
We aim to make Patternata: clear and understandable; navigable by keyboard where reasonably
possible; compatible with commonly used assistive technologies where reasonably possible; readable
across different devices and screen sizes; designed with suitable contrast, structure and labelling;
usable without relying only on colour, movement or visual effects; supported by clear contact routes
for accessibility issues.
2. Scope of this statement
This statement applies to: the Patternata website; Patternata account pages; subscription pages;
product pages; checkout pages where controlled by Patternata; help and policy pages; digital product
pages; the Patternata design studio where technically possible; the Patternata app where applicable.
Some third-party services, such as payment providers, embedded tools, app stores, social media
platforms, fulfilment systems or external websites, may have their own accessibility features and
limitations.
3. Design studio accessibility
Patternata includes creative design tools that may involve visual editing, pattern placement, motif
arrangement, colour selection, scaling, rotation and canvas-based interactions.
Some design studio features may be more difficult to make fully accessible because they rely on
visual, drag-and-drop or canvas-based functionality.
Where possible, we aim to improve accessibility by considering: clear interface labels; keyboard-
friendly controls where feasible; readable text and instructions; predictable navigation; sufficient colour
contrast; accessible error messages; clear buttons and tool names; alternative routes for key actions
where practical.
We recognise that accessibility in creative tools is an ongoing area of improvement and will continue
reviewing this as Patternata develops.
4. Standards we aim to follow
Where reasonably possible, we aim to align the website and digital experience with recognised
accessibility principles, including: perceivable content; operable navigation; understandable
information; robust compatibility with different devices and technologies.
We aim to consider relevant Web Content Accessibility Guidelines principles when designing and
improving Patternata.
5. Measures we may take
To support accessibility, we may: use clear page headings and content structure; provide descriptive
links and buttons; avoid unnecessary visual clutter; aim for readable font sizes and contrast; make
policy and help content available in plain text; provide contact details for support; review accessibility
feedback from users; correct accessibility issues where reasonably possible; consider accessibility
during future design and development updates.
6. Known limitations
Patternata is a developing platform, and some areas may not yet be fully accessible.
Known or potential limitations may include: some canvas-based design tools may not be fully usable
with screen readers; drag-and-drop functionality may not always have full keyboard alternatives;
colour selection tools may be difficult for some users with visual impairments; third-party checkout,
payment or embedded services may have their own limitations; uploaded images or user-generated
content may not include alternative text; some older content or files may not be fully optimised for
accessibility; app functionality may vary depending on device, operating system or assistive
technology.
We are working to improve accessibility over time as the platform develops.
7. Third-party content and services
Patternata may use third-party services, platforms or integrations, including: website hosting; payment
processing; app stores; analytics tools; email marketing tools; social media embeds; fulfilment
partners; customer support tools; embedded media; external links.
We do not control all third-party services, but where possible, we aim to use reputable providers and
review accessibility considerations when selecting tools.
Third-party websites and services may be governed by their own accessibility statements and
policies.
8. Alternative formats and support
If you need information from Patternata in a different format, or if you have difficulty using part of the
website, app or design studio, please contact us.
We will review reasonable accessibility requests and try to provide assistance where possible.
Examples may include: help understanding a policy or page; support with account or order
information; clarification of product details; assistance with accessing digital products; guidance on
using key features.
9. Reporting accessibility issues
If you experience an accessibility issue, please contact us at:
Email: info@patternata.com
Please include, where possible: the page or feature affected; a description of the issue; the device
you were using; the browser or app version; any assistive technology used; screenshots or screen
recordings, if helpful; what you were trying to do.
This information helps us investigate and improve the service.
10. Response to accessibility feedback
We aim to review accessibility feedback within a reasonable period.
Where an issue is confirmed, we may: provide guidance or an alternative route; correct content or
labelling; fix a technical issue; raise the matter with a third-party provider; include the issue in a future
development update; explain where a full fix is not currently possible.
We may prioritise issues based on severity, impact, technical feasibility and available resources.
11. Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process.
As Patternata grows, we aim to continue improving accessibility through: product design reviews; user
feedback; technical updates; content improvements; clearer guidance; improved interface design;
consideration of accessibility in future feature development
